Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/11/05) */ The service was done on Saturday October for both dogs, when she came to pick up her dogs she asked how they did, I told her that BELLA didn't like it, that it took people to do her because she didn't like anythingAnd I told her that next time we will charge a little bit more because of the work that BELLA required and she was ok with thatWe open from Tuesday to Saturday and she call on monday, we were close so she left a message explaining the situationTuesday morning when we open at 7:and I listened to her message and I called her back and she told me about the issue, I told her that is most likely to be because of all the pulling and jumping that she did when we was trying to groom her because like I said it took people to groom her, that the problem may show after few hours or a day from the time of the grooming and that's why we didn't notice the problem on the eye as BELLA owner didn't notice when she took her home , that it will go away in few daysWhen I call her that's what I told her and she said okay thank you for calling her backBut she didn't mention or said anything about the money back, if that's the case I don't mind to refund her the money, but don't said that we hurt dogs like if we do it in purposeAll dogs are different, some are easy to do and some are almost impossible to do but we still try our best to provide the service we canI been bit a lot of times and have a lot of scratches on my hands from all dogs that don't like to be groom but I don't ask for more money or to pay more when I buy medicine to put on my arms because is part of my jobIf is the money she wants back no problem she can come and I'll give the refund

next time we will charge a little bit more because of the work that BELLA required and she was ok with that. We open from Tuesday to Saturday and she call on monday, we were close so she left a message explaining the situation.
