I have not filed suit against George Hoffmier yet. I am waiting until after the Judicial Hearing before the Department of State to see if a lawsuit will be necessary. The DOS has the ability to reimburse me from G & J Homes' $250,000 Bond with the State. I have requested reimbursement from the State with my Formal Complaint.
