Why did the manager not respond to the complaint? Why did the Revdex.com have to contact them via phone? This is done only when they did not respond? I dispute the claims made by the manager as his statements are not truthful! As stated within the complaint, the manager only offered an "office credit" or for me to return to the restaurant to pick up the remaining itemsHe not once offered to refund anything! Chris, the manager never explained he did not have the entire credit card number, nor did he offer to refund anything. If this was the case, as stated in my complaint to the Revdex.com, I would have been glad to give my credit card number for the refund and I would have never reached out to the other location for assistance, nor would I had been given the Operations Managers email to resolve the issueIt truly is very sad these individuals have lied to cover their wrong doing! The lack of truthfulness by the employees who are suppose to be managers says a lot about this businessI would ask the Revdex.com to escalate this to the owner as he certainly has a right to know the type of individuals he "entrusts" with his reputation Regards,*** ***
Revdex.com spoke with the restaurant manager who stated that at the time of the incident, both the restaurant manager and the operations manager spoke with the customerThe restaurant offered to replace his missing items if he wanted to come back into the restaurant, which he refusedThey also offered to
refund his money over the phone, but required his credit card number in order to do soThe customer would not give his credit card number, and the manager stated that the customer wouldn't give his credit card number because he stated that they should already have itThe manager explained that the system has security measures in effect, and they are not able to access his complete credit card numberThe restaurant also offered to refund the customer in cash if he came to the restaurant, which he also refusedThe restaurant has stated that the offer still stands and they are more than happy to offer a refund, but the customer would need to provide his credit card number the purchase was made on, or come to the restaurant to get a cash refund
