appointment was not in our scheduling programThe reason for the appointment not being in our program is unknownOur receptionist assured Mrs *** that we would have a doctor see her pet as a work in appointmentAccording to our records the appointment check in time for *** was 8:59am and the invoice closure time was 9:31amSymptoms for *** were discussed and no gross abnormalities were foundRecommendations were offered to determine a cause for the symptoms to which Mrs *** declinedAfter Mrs*** left our clinic she called to express her concerns that she needed a more through examShe was then offered an immediate return to see the original veterinarian or another veterinarian to further pursue care for ***Mrs *** declined to return and demanded a refund visit of her combined office call and exam charge of $We apologize that Mrs*** was dissatisfied with our serviceOur clinic has issued a refund of the $combined office call and exam charge and a letter stating the medical assessment of ***'s visit will be sent to a veterinary clinic of her choosing
