My hardwood floors show poor workmanship. I am now paying another contractor to correct all the damages he did to my kitchen and other parts of my house. You would think after paying him all this money he would have done his work professionally and neatly. The crown molding and base boards are poorly installed

Business said the crown molding joints were sealed and sanded, but customer was to paint. Business has pictures of the finished hardwood floors. Customer had complimented them during the two months business was there as a "great job". Neighbors who saw this work have asked him to do work for them. Anything the customer did not like was corrected at the time it was pointed out. Business will send copy of an unpaid invoice for contracted work done but not paid for. Customer has an outstanding bill with business. Refund is not available.
