Our installer Mike Whas already been out once to take care of most of the issuesWe have stated that we will be out to look at any remaining issues and we plan to stand behind thatThe customer has been on vacation recently and was not able to meet us on recent datesWe had proposed different
dates and they did not work for the customerThat just means there is a delay in getting to the house. Greg D***
