laudnry area clean with no consideration for other residents. I have asked her more than twice to secure laundry, secure in storage locker all chattles, remove storage items from rear porch, & remove tread mill from basement. Her lease ended 3/28/15, and has not turned in new lease as of 4/6/15. will be filing with court soon if not out or renewed and aproved . Tenant is not reachable by phone, vm. is always full. This tenant has been pleasent at times, but lately always finds blame for her responcibilities. on owner, I am always avail for resolution. [redacted]
