Contacted The owner [redacted] on March 30thHe came out that same day and quoted us a bid to landscape our backyard for 2500$And can complete it in daysMy father in law was paying for it so he contacted the owner and talked to him personally [redacted] told my FIL that if he gives him $upfront for parts that he’ll drop the price down too $totalThey agreed on the price and my FIL payed him with a credit cardThe 2nd of April he came out and tilled the backyard but claimed the ground was to hard , he couldn’t get deep enough to put in the sprinklersSo he said he put a special fertilizer down to “soften “ the groundHe was suppose to come out the next day but then stated he wanted to wait until after it rains on Friday ( mind you it’s Wednesday by now) so that he would be back on Monday Monday rolls around no one shows upTuesday passes and it’s just excuse after excuse as to why he’s not workingHe finally comes back out Thursday after we hounded him and he laid s

03/30/*** *** GSCAPE CONTRACTED TO PROVIDE SERVICE ADDRESS *** W *** CT *** CA .CONTRACT WAS TO TAKE OUT GRASS AND PURE CONCRETE IN ENTIRE BACK YARD .CHECK WAS GIVEN THE VERY NEXT DAY ON THE NAME OF MIKE GARCIA OF $1500/.AND PROMISED TO START WORKING ON FRIDAY APR .DID NOT COME .SAID NEXT WEEK ,NO SHOW ,SAID ITS GOING TO RAIN NEXT WEEK .GOT MESSAGE MONDAY MORNING ON THE 11TH FROM HIS EMPLOYEE THAT MIKE HAD STROKE .SAME GUY TOLD MY NEXT DOOR THAT MIKE HAD BLEEDING ISSUE .WAITED WEEK ,CALLED HIM PROMISED NEXT WEEK.WITH ROTOTILLER TOOK GRASS OUT DIRT STILL IN MY BACK YARD .NO ONE CAME BACK SINCE ,HE RUINED MY SPRINKLER SYSTEM TOOK OUT ALL THE RASS MADE SUCH A BIG MESSCALLED HIM,NO ANSWER ,MONTH PASSED HE IS KEEP MAKING PROMISES I WILL DO THIS WORK YES I CAN DO IT GIVE ME CHANCE .GAVE HIM ANOTHER CHANCE ,NO SHOW AGAIN
