I have been requesting for this company to cancel my insurance policy since Nov. 2, 2012 and they have refused to cancel my policy. My current insurance company has even faxed this company 3 times requesting the policy to be cancelled and they still refused; stating they needed proof I had a current insurance policy. All this time they have been deducting my premium directly from my checking account and they owe me a big refund; since I have requested the cancellation of this policy since November 2012. My policy number [redacted] XXXXXXX.. They also gave me a new policy number when they changed names [redacted] and it is XXXXXXXXXX.
