To whom it may may concern,
We at Mike's Battery Shop do acknowledge the customer's complaintMr*** purchased a battery from us and brought it back for its warranty and also brought his vehicle, which we checked, and fond out that the
problem was the alternator's charging system (Low voltage)We advised the customer to have his alternator fixed, not by us since we do not do any mechanical work, but he refused, stating the problem was the battery, therefore we switched it to avoid any further conflictHe returned 2-weeks later with the same problem and we tried to explain the issue once more, yet he did not understandWe replaced the battery once moreHe came back 3-weeks later with the same problem, so we replaced the battery once again and brought it to his knowledge that we could NO longer swap the battery because he refused to fix his vehicleThe customer left, then came back once more, three days later, very upset and argumentative, and to avoid any further conflicts, we suggested to refund half of his money since he has used/owned the batteries for over three months, despite our no refund policy (stated in the sales receipt)We are still willing to refund half of his money, but would prefer if MR*** does not collect it directlyWe also require the original receipt back for our records and he may keep the batterySorry for any inconvenience this may have caused
