It is always our goal to meet the expectations of our customers as we are committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.When *** *** contracted for work to be done at her home, there was a clear expectation as to what she was looking for and what we were going to deliver, both parties were in agreement.However, during the time we were at the job, *** *** changed some of her choices which caused us to have to re-order some materials and reschedule our time allotment, which led to delays.We started with a concise “Scope of Work” but that plan changed as the job progressed (due to *** ***’s changes). We were not able to comply with original time frame due to client changes and added lead time on new materials. While we waited for new materials to be delivered, the weather became inclement and not conducive for some installations to be done, which caused an added a setback. G & M Construction has given me one excuse after another as to why they aren't coming to finish the job.
