The day I started my project it started with all sorts of promises as usual but things started going downhill right after few weeksWatch the contract carefully since 95% of the money the contractor try to collect way before finishing even startsI had bath, kitchen, painting,flooring and all the finishing items you can think of in a 2300sq ft house and there was only $20k left to be paidNOTE: he never works on Saturdays as construction company but Jerry will promise that before anyway
Jerry will ask you for money almost every time he can with all sorts of promisesFull of lies and never lessons to what the client has to sayAs per him he has 20yrs experience and he knows everything but its the biggest lie you can hear almost ever time he is wrongHis subcontractors were not paid on time since most of them came to me asking for money when I paid Jerry way in advance
Stucco guy was waiting for money after completing 95% (i still have patches that needs to be fixed) so I had to go home from work to pay him when I paid Jerry months ago just to let the stucco guys leave my property
His painters sucks since they don't even know how to prepare a house before paintingThere is still paint on floors, bathroom, door trims, and miss match paint almost on all walls
There are still items not completed and I was promised by Jerry for almost months now: neighbors fence broken, Door trims in garage, sensor lights not working, door bell he cant fixGarage opener he never bothered to fix and I had to connect everything myselfThe day he was trying to fix he just left without even telling meStucco he never patched so I have bare grey showing few places
I moved in the house on 10/17/after a lots of stress Jerry put me and my family into thinking its over nowBut to our surprise next morning at 4:30am all our toilets/bathroom got cloggedWhen we flush toilet, water came out from shower pan and toilet sealIt was big mess so we had to leave the house since I have little kids/parentsCalled Jerry and with an attitude I was told you using Quote:"too much toilet paper and its your faultI did everything fine and I passed inspection from Fremont City."
I am taking this matter to City too
So Jerry never showed up even on Saturday morning and when I called him he started fighting on the phone with me again for almost mins and I hang up on himI hired benjamin franklin plumbing to fix the issue when I had a contract with Jerry to fix any issues for next yearsAfter investigating they found Plumbing had lots of issues such as; clean out NOT installed, pipes not strapped properly, no 1/4" fall in shower drainage, old pipes just left underneath instead of hauled.I have picture evidence nowI paid them $since we needed toilets/bath running but no way I wanted GM Donaire any more, Reason: I DONT HAVE TRUST IN JERRY"
Please find anyone else but never ever go with GM DonaireI planning to file a lawsuit against him to get my money back for any repair I have paid a 3rd partyI am scared to get him back because he may mess up something else

Jerry will ask you for money almost every time he can with all sorts of false promises. Full of lies and never lessons to what the client has to say. I paid them $2770 since we needed toilets/bath running but no way I wanted GM Donaire any more, Reason: I DONT HAVE TRUST IN JERRY".

Please find anyone else but never ever go with GM Donaire. I planning to file a lawsuit against him to get my money back for any repair I have paid a 3rd party. I am scared to get him back because he may mess up something else.
