G & M Exteriors Pros

G&M Exterior Pro Inc is a total ***!! People BEWARE!!!!!!! The owner of this business *** works hand in hand with his son Brian and another male Manuel *** to *** people. They filed a claim on my behalf to my home insurance with promises to replace my roof. Once my insurance company approved the work they made me write them a check for $5,704.85 on 11/4/19. They gave me an estimate date within two weeks in which the work will get started. Since the money was given we have not been successful in contacting them, WORK WAS NEVER STARTED. They ignore calls/emails/txt messages. A police report was filed for Fraud on 11/20/19. I contacted my insurance company and was told they tried to request more money to complete the work ( although of course on my end they never made contact NOT EVEN ONE PHONE CALL! My insurance company tried to contact them,was successful one (1) time ( after many Attempts) and I was told Brian hung up the phone on them and was an unprofessional individual with no matters. The police is looking into this company . In one instance after many attempts Mr. answered the phone and THREATEN TO PUT A LIEN ON MY HOME stating that he never received any calls from me or anyone on the insurance side; and NEGLECTED ON GIVING ME THE $5704.85 I paid him .THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!! So many Fraud complaints! how are they still operating. I am still in the works on trying to obtain my money back!!! TOTAL FRAUD!!!!!!

This company is a total fraud, they put a claim with my insurance company with out me signing anything, they even called my insurance company saying that it was me! They received a check for almost 6,000 and signed my name in order to cash it. I filled a police report and now they are being investigated for fraud. Please stay away from this company. Is been almost 1 month since the check was cashed and no work haa been done in my house. I called Olegario the owner of the company for explanation and he just doesn’t answer, he is always referring me to Bryan which he never answered.

Company did not return our calls for over 6 months after submitting a claim through our insurance policy. They don’t do the work nor do they release you from contracts but they do show up to threaten customers.

The company cashed the check of $3731.58 (dated Aug. 9, 2018) to fix the roof of my home @ *** St., Elgin, IL 60120. Despite a number of attempts from me to ask the owners, either Hugo *** or Olegario ***, when they would come the fix the roof. They always gave me promises and nothing has been done. The roof is deteriorate as time goes by and endanger the house's interior.

I hired G & M exteriors pro inc to do repair work on the roof of my home. The company was paid by my insurance company in October 2017. As of September 2018 absolutely no work has been done to the roof of my home. I have been in contact with Brain *** multiple times who has given me several start dates, but not once has him or anyone from the G & M exteriors inc company showed up to start the work. Bryan *** was the public adjuster that I was working with on the roofing contract who has given me nothing but excuses as to why the work has not been started.

I contracted G&M Exteriors Pros Inc to replace my roof thru my insurance company last year. They have not done any work. They keep telling me they will come do the work but they don’t show up. They were given a check of 5,028.70 thru my insurance and they cashed it but haven’t done any work. The owner Olegario has told me he is returning the check to me because he doesn’t have time to do the work, but he doesn’t send the check nor answers my calls. Thru texts we commnicate sometimes. I have called my insurance company but they tell me they cant do anything because we signed a paper saying they would represent us. I am frustrated and don’t know what to do now.
