Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have searched for [redacted] to file a complaint with the Revdex.com but it doesnt seem it is a registered businessIn response to M&G motorsports opinion, with consideration that they are a third party and were not dealing with the incident "directly" I returned to their shop times in regards to my back latch coming off and the light coming from around the side window latchesI have owned of these exact same vehicles and have never had a tinting problem around the latches, it was a simple careless job done by an employee who was rushing to get an "old truck" out of the shopTo have light coming through the side windows, a latch broken off the back window and head rests that will no longer stay in the furthest extended position is all proof of a careless jobWith all of these things done at their shop, who am I to blame for not wanting any more work done at their place of businessI have taken it to other shops and both have said the bench seat must be replaced because the mechanism is built into the seat and can not be replacedI drive the vehicle on the freeway frequently and need functioning head restIt has been almost weeks and I have still been unable to lock my back window.Again, the years prior to taking my vehicle into their shop the window lock and head rest never had a problemI left my number with M@G with a promise that they would contact me as soon as possible but never got a responseI have forwarded your response to my attorney along with photos of damages and repair costs for my vehicleAll I can hope is that nobody else have to deal with M&G motorsports or any of their affiliates in upgrades, vehicle repair, or warranty work Regards, [redacted]

In response to Mr. [redacted] complaint, G & M Motorsports is simply the business where the window tinting is performed but the actual company that performs the window tinting service is [redacted] and all comments need to be addressed to this third party. Because the... customer insisted on having tint that is considered illegal in the state of Arizona, [redacted] did not issue a receipt so that the company could not be held liable for legal issues that may arise from the tint. Additionally, although Mr. [redacted] vehicle is a well maintained and clean vehicle, parts become brittle with age and can break during removal, as was the case with this vehicle. [redacted] offered to replace the broken window latch free of charge, but Mr. [redacted] failed to follow up to have the repair performed. In response to the small amount of light coming in around the edges of the tint, due to the design of the window on this vehicle it is not possible to get the tint under the edge of the window surround so a very small gap may be present at the edges. [redacted] is still offering to repair the latch at no charge and will issue a receipt with a disclaimer that the tint is considered too dark in AZ at Mr. [redacted] convenience.
