Review: Placed an order for repair to an overhead door on April 8, 2013. The repair was going to cost $800.00 and gave them a deposit of $500.00 and was told they will be there in a week to do the repair work. Waited a little over a week for a call to confirm that they will be out to do the repair but no call. Phone the office and was told that they would be out that following Monday which no one showed up or phone. Called on that Tuesday was told that they would be there on Thursday no one showed or phoned. Called that Friday was told that they would be there on Saturday no show again. Called that Monday was told someone would be there the next day but again no one showed. This has been going on for over a month. Went to the place of business and no one was in the office but a worker in the garage area told me that the owner comes there in the morning to open the doors and leaves and comes back at 5pm to lock up. I phoned the cellphone number of the owner [redacted] and was told he was out of the country. But was also told by [redacted] who answered the phone that they would be there that day by 3pm and that the parts was already on the truck. No one still didn't show. I went back the next day and the worker put me on the phone with [redacted], I told him that someone needs to get there today or give me my money back. No one showed up. I called again now [redacted] or [redacted] is unavailable and the one who answered the phone said someone should be there on Sunday which they are not even open and then said tomorrow someone would cme. I told him that I was going to file a complaint and call the news people. This has been going on since April 8 and now it's May 29 and the overhead door has not been fixed. I just want the work done or my deposit returned. Please assistDesired Settlement: Repair work done or deposit returned. But also other consumer be aware of this company.

Review: We purchased a new motor and key control from G-M in November of 2013. In June the key stopped working. A G-M technician came and told us he did not know what was wrong but fixed it so we could manually move the gate. After numerous calls for someone to come and correct the problem, we finally saw the owner on [redacted] and had him follow us to our store. He found the key box to be the problem. The owner promised us he would return 1 week later to replace the box. 1 month later and about 12 phone calls later we have not received the new box!Desired Settlement: We want our key box changed with a new one installed. At this time, due to the fact that the motor has been without a cover for 2 months we want it oiled and the cover replaces.

Review: On 9/7/2013 I entered into a contract with G-M Overhead Doors for a garage door for my business for $1,965.00. I gave them a deposit of $1000.00 cash as noted on receipt. There was delivery date of 2 weeks. After numerous calls over the passed 7 weeks, but to date the door hasn't been delivered or installed. I was told on multiple occasions the workers are going out to pick-up the door to install it, again no delivery. It is now mid November and very cold here in Philadelphia, PA. I've also requested a refund, but that request was also ignored. Still claiming that the door has to be picked up. I had a friend go to the business address asked for [redacted] the owner? Where the door was on 11/07/2013 and he spoke to the owner's son reply " He ([redacted]) isn't here right now. That door has been on his truck since Saturday 11/02/2013." So my friend asked if they can't install the door by Saturday 11/092013 then they need to refund the $1000.00Desired Settlement: I want my full refund of $1000.00 cash back for breach of contract.
