I am rejecting this response becaus He is only telling half the truth He did reaper out of no where an I did pay in full The notion I am happy with him or the work he completed on my iPad is crazyI Brought the iPad back to have him fix a faulty home buttonWhen I got it the second time it stil isn’t right compared to the new I boughtI want my money backI brought it to a repair shop to fix it correctly not half a** I especially want it back after what this repair shop said about the quality of his workHe knowingly or not by switching home buttons rendered my finger print pascode no longer functional I’ve giving this guy chance after chance to make it right an yet he fails tooI want my money back I have texts message an phone records for proofI also have witness plus proof to everything I have said including after his second fail attemp at the home button is 100% truthfull

I am rejecting this response because: G-Man Computers is fabricating many parts of the business transaction. If you read the first part of the narrative by Mr***, he talks about all these things that need to be done to fix the computer. Towards the end he talks about how "I" wanted these upgrades, when he told me I needed them in the first place. When I contacted Rolltex Computers it was for more information about the system they had built. It was they that told me my surveillance system was designed for Windows Vista, and would not work with Windows 7. Mr*** didn't know this as he himself ended up contacting Rolltex before he was finally able to fix the system. Why should I have to pay for Mr***'s mistakes or ignorance? If he was unable to take on the project, he should have told me so at the beginning and I would have taken my business elsewhere. He also never gave me any price quotes or estimates. Ask him to provide a SIGNED estimate for the job. What I told him needed to be done was save Surveillance software, put a fresh install of Vista on there, and reinstall the surveillance software. That was all that was needed. Charging me for Windows 7, after finding out it was not compatible is NOT acceptable. As for the final payment fees, they were not discussed. Only the payment modes were discussed and Credit Card was my first choice. I would have written him a check, but he wanted me to do PayPal. Reread his entire reply. He co-ursted me into upgrades, then charged me for them after finding out they were not compatible

Was not around to finish Ipad. I had health issues for 3 weeks.I have finish the Ipad and returned the Ipad to the customer 12-7-2017.Customer paid in full.Have not heard of any problems. So I assume the customer is happy.

[redacted] was told the system is over 5 years old. He wanted the costs down as cheap as possible. Rotek computers  where he purchased the system from, wanted money for him to come fix it. [redacted] did not want them to. So [redacted] called me. [redacted] was informed of all prices. On the phone [redacted]...

was told Vista is buggy, and should be upgraded to Windows 7, he agreed to a price of $350. come and get the computer, save surveillance settings, wipe the hard drive, reinstall windows, the surveillance software and the operating system. Come back and reinstall computer in the garage attic. I came to his house at 6 PM at night, within 2 hours of the phone call. Left [redacted]’s house within a hour. Took system home. Ran tests on the system. The hard drive failed 2 tests. I did a thorough hard drive test. 2 hours long. Again the hard drive failed the test. Called the customer to inform him of the cost. An extra $100. He agreed. Install a bigger hard drive, made 2 bigger partitions as the previous hard drive had. The old drive had 2 partitions, the new drive has 2 bigger partitions. All is good and went to install video capture card, and it turns out the video capture card is not compatible with Windows 7. Called the customer and was informed the capture card was old and outdated and is not compatible with Windows 7. It would be wise at this point to upgrade your capture card for better picture and future use, for a additional $250. After I ordered the new capture card. 40 minutes later, [redacted] calls back, saying the Roltek guy told him I am ripping him off. He said he wanted Vista and the old video capture card back on the computer. I informed him at this point he is better off sticking with the new capture card and Windows 7, because I already installed Windows 7. I informed him of the fact that the $100 is lost on Windows 7 install that he requested. Customer called me the f word, told me to fix the fu[redacted]ng thing and come install the fu[redacted]ng thing. I installed Windows Vista 64-bit at no extra charge. The old operating system was Windows Vista 32-bit. I charged him the same price I quoted him plus the extra $100 for the hard drive installed and an extra $100 for the Windows 7 install that he requested. I immediately cancelled the new capture card order. Went to customers house, was real nice. Installed the computer, everything worked except the outdoor HD camera, which needed its settings changed. [redacted] aid the computer ran lots better than before and the graphics were better. Setup HD outside camera at no charge from home via remote computer connection. Setting up the HD camera up was never discussed in the quoted price. Customer said the surveillance software would save all the settings and work perfect when reinstalled. This of course did not happen. I never charged him for many things and he wanted more. Spent 3 hours there that night. Now instead of asking me to my face when I was there. He files a complaint. The customer never contacted me ever after the sale. He did contact me by email before the sale, I still have the emails. I just found the Revdex.com email in my junk. So I am now responding, sorry for the delay Revdex.com.   I called the person from Roltek computers after [redacted] swore at me, and he said, he does not do residential any more. He informed me of course, the capture card is only compatible with Vista. I told him the customer wanted to upgrade the operating system to Windows 7. He said and I quote “I was not aware that [redacted] wanted Windows 7 and you installed it”. So [redacted] had mislead both parties to get the desired reaction he wanted. As far as Paypal fees, it was discussed in his bed room that he did not want to use cash or check. He wanted to use credit card. I told him that I use PAYPAL and there would be about $3 per $100 spent for Paypal fees. He agreed. HE WAS FULLY TOLD THIS AS I TELL ALL MY CUSTOMERS. ALL TRANSACTONS ON CREDIT CARDS GET CHARGED THIS, YOU DON’T’ SEE IT AT WALMART BECAUSE IT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. I EXPLAINED ALL THIS AND OF COURSE HE HAD TO LEAVE, SO I COULD NOT BILL HMI INSTANTLY. CUSTOMER WAS ALL NICE UNTIL HE HAD TO PAY. THE GUY FROM ROLTEK WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH [redacted]. I TRAVELED 50 MILES BOTH WAYS 2 TIMES.His outside HD camera was jittery as per phones calls and the first visit when I retrieved the computer. Now the HD camera works perfect as he requested. The reason the camera was jittery, a bad hard drive.Roltek agreed it could have had a bad drive.   I never activated Windows 7 and you were not charged for Windows 7. You were charged the extra reinstall of Windows 7 and Vista. $100 for install of Windows Vista after instructed to install Windows 7 by customer. Bill as follows. $350 Original quote. $100 hard drive $100 extra operating system install. $23 Paypal credit card fees. Total $573I also installed the customers wireless internet card that was not in any of the quotes either.I should have charged him more money. If he wants me to bill him for those extra things I can.   He lives in East Bethel and I live in North Branch. He was charge in good faith, he was informed in good faith, the work and the billing is in good faith.   Thank you, James [redacted]   G-Man Computers

truth.  He did reaper out of no where an I did pay in full.  The notion I am happy with him or the work he completed on my iPad is crazy. I Brought the iPad back to have him fix a faulty home button. When I got it the second time it stil isn’t right compared to the new I bought. I want my money back. I brought it to a repair shop to fix it correctly not half a**.  I especially want it back after what this repair shop said about the quality of his work. He knowingly or not by switching home buttons rendered my finger print pascode no longer functional.  I’ve giving this guy chance after chance to make it right an yet he fails too. I want my money back.  I have texts message an phone records for proof. I also have witness plus proof to everything I have said including after his second fail attemp at the home button is 100% truthfull.
