Doors closed/locked everyday, left numerous messages no response.
My name is *** and on the date of Tuesday January 14th 2020 myself and my boyfriend went to G-mobility at 225 Wyandotte st East Windsor to get my IPhone 6s rosegold repaired. My IPhone needed a new charger port. *** being the person in charge of taking customers at that time then agreed and told me that he would not be able to get to my repair by the end of the day and my phone will be ready for pick up the next day which would be on Wednesday January 15th 2020. Also he told me that I will pay for the repair at the time I pick the phone up due to other problems that could also be wrong with the phone that are unknown until the phone is token apart and examined. On Wednesday January 15th I went to pick up my phone and the doors were locked and so I called and left a message. Every since that date I have been calling G-Mobility everyday as well as going to the buisness to check if it is open. G-mobility is closed and doors are locked every single day that I go there and I also call there everyday and leave numerous messages. Some days I wont be able to leave a message due to the voicemail being full, so I will wait a few ours and then call again. Then I can leave a message which shows me that they are receiving my messages, but they decide to ignore/disregard that I am calling and want my phone returned to me. I have tried every source of communication possible and I come up empty with no response at all. I just want something to be done about this and get my phone back. I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else because theres a good possibility there are other customers like me who are unsatisfied with G-Mobility

Desired Outcome

I would like to be answered and an explanation to as why nobody as gotten back to me for 2 weeks now and i would also like an apology and my phone repaired and given back to me please and thank you. if thats no possible i would like my phoner back and i will get it repaired somewhere else that i can actually rely on

I went in there to change from *** to *** There was a young girl & a guy working there. I told them I want a phone and change to ***. They said $140.00 for phone & $35.00 for data. I agreed but they tried to make the change but couldn't do it so they talked me into ***. Didn't seem like they weren't sure what to do. So about 45 mins were gone and they still haven't finished. Another guy came in and ask what there trying to do. They told him some he took over. I ask him if he was the boss and he said yes. I ask him if they knew what they were doing. He never did answer that. I told him I wanted *** and not *** but he talked me into *** so I agreed but it would be more money

My contract should have been cancelled i want my money for this contract.
