the car was towed for non start the initial diagnostic to start the car was replacing coils and sparks plugs and it did , we got it to start and its running however once it runs more than 1/hour the engine will shut off it need more internal engine diagnostic customer stated she will not spend more than $and we explain to here that will be fine , but we recommended the dealer for a compleate engine internal diagnostic and not mobile mechanics she wanted to send a tow truck but wanted to pay later and we explained that she must close the balance before towing the car .she had negotiated a discount from the full amount $to $.as full payment in cash she showed up yesterday demanding to use her [redacted] and we refused it due to her comment that she will charge it back and she will not be paying us at all .our work was done parts are installed and labor was spent , and she reject any further diagnostic to resolve the car issue
