Review: I have had numerous issues with the office manager [redacted] since the beginning of my daughters treatment plan Jan 2013. From the very beginning I told [redacted] that my daughter ould be covered by two insurance plans (from both parents). She failed to verify the second insurance. I had to bring it to her attention in Feb 2013, and finally in March the other plan sent them a payment. I received a call from April at work asking if I wanted them to refund me the $843 dollar payment, I tell her ok. Then I get a call from [redacted] telling me that because I had a balance she would not be able to refund the payment but apply it to the balance, but it would bring my payments down. Making them 77.00 a month now, in addition to the insurance would be sending them payments of 44.00 so they would only be taking 33.00 from my account. Well, ok fine. This month I called their office because they took 77.00 from my account instead of 33.00. [redacted] argues with me that they did not get the check posted before they took a week off. That's not my problem the check was there in their possession. So I tell her ok now that you have it, just refund my money to my card. She tells me with an attitude that she can't do that, because the bank will charge them $15.00 and they would have to subtract that from my money she would be refunding. I ask her to issue a check, she said no she cant do that either. I ask to speak to the Dr. [redacted], and she said that Dr. [redacted] doesn't handle financial issues. She tells me on Monday to let her talk to Dr. [redacted] and she would get back to me. I end up calling her back because she never gets back with you, I finally get in touch with her on Wednesday. She said there are no other options, they they could apply the credit to next months. Which doesn't make any sense because next month the insurance will again pay their amount that they have guranteed to pay through the duration of my daughters treatment plan.Desired Settlement: I would like my money that was taken out of my account in access to be refunded to my account. I don't trust that [redacted] is a good representation of the business of G Orthodontics, she is making the business appear to be hungry to take peoples money and I would hope that is not the case. Now I am concerned because with all of the issues that I have experienced with this office mgr that they are not going to provide adequate care to my daughters ortho. It's only been 5 of 18 mths in treatment.
