Resolution: Resident has been given a days notice to move out to a different apartment complexShe has been release of her financial obligations however she will still be responsible for paying pro-rated rent until the last day she occupied the unit. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. I just don't think there being 100 percent truthful I talked to lora many of times and told her nothing have been taking care of regarding the
things that needed to be fixed I moved in December on 2014 I told her I don't want to be responsible of the damages that are in the apartment as for the bats the man did come out in feb 2015 and they should of relocated us then but they came back all we asked for is to be located but there were so many excuses one they didn't have anything they said we wasn't able to because we had social services helped us because I lost my job and don't think that's right so they released us from our lease and we have had bats flying over our head while sleeping that was a health hazard I called them they tell me the are going to call me back I have to call them back we have had a bats flying over us while sleeping not safe and there bed bugs here and the guy below us moved out helped me with the bats I jumped out my window was stuck with a bat in my apartment while my husband was at work could not go home until he got out from work hav the new manager cant say we didn't tell them because I have went down there and talked to lora plenty of times and when the guy came out in April of 2015 the same night the bats were tying to bite through the bag and yesterday May 7 , 2015 the bats were trying to get out bit marks are on the bag so we stop telling them because the manager just want us to leave so that's what were are trying to do never gave them problems at all we let them know everything and our health is still at the moment and they give us a 30 day notice at the last minute and I feel they are very uncaring because when we asked to be relocated they should have not have us wait till they send someone out no one should have to be locked up in there room all day my husband family was here when bats came out but now its not a big deal to them they keep sending the same guy out if he took care f the bats they would of never came back we recorded them from yesterday and previous times and the one he caught with all the dates so no this has not been solved so were going to take of this the legal way because we have 30 days to have our health at risk and both of us are working now so it will be very hard to find a apartment I told the manager that and she said tell your husband to take a day off like its no big deal .
