would have repaired it at no cost to the customer, therefore I would be happy to go to their house and see the "improper solder" to justify this claim.

GP Systems had over 5 years to fix the leak in my system and failed. They attempted to fix the leak several times and were usually out to my house once if not 2-3 times each summer and always resulted in the same thing the following year- no coolant in system and had to be recharged. You can only give a company so many chances before you have to move on and get someone else to complete the job which we did and now have a functional AC system with no leaks.
As their repair failed and I had to have them here multiple times to repair the system (which the repair again failed) I don't think I should have to pay for their inadequate service and charging me 3 hours labor for 1.5-2 hours of work.
