GP Systems had over years to fix the leak in my system and failedThey attempted to fix the leak several times and were usually out to my house once if not 2-times each summer and always resulted in the same thing the following year- no coolant in system and had to be rechargedYou can only give a company so many chances before you have to move on and get someone else to complete the job which we did and now have a functional AC system with no leaks As their repair failed and I had to have them here multiple times to repair the system (which the repair again failed) I don't think I should have to pay for their inadequate service and charging me hours labor for 1.5-hours of work GP systems can feel free to call [redacted] at XXX-XXX-XXXX to see if they still have the unit which is uninstalled to inspect it at their convenience [redacted] is NOT the company that said an incorrect solder was used, that was another company)
