Yes, we took my car else where to have it repaired. I understand that shops can be busy but, he should have refused my business and/or explained this situation prior to accepting my business. I asked [redacted] as well as my husband for proof of parts being ordered / painted and he would not provide this proof. If he had the parts and they were painted my car should have been serviced with no issues. My insurance company has also tried to receive the proof of parts being ordered/ painted and Neal's does not answer or return their phone calls. I do not want the Completed Automotive Reconditioning - all we want in the check sent back to Traverler's in the full amount.Regards,

As for this claim, we received a check for the insurance company and ordered the parts to repair it.. It is my understanding that we were unable to repair the vehicle in a timely fashion because we were to busy working on non drivable customer vehicles... When the customer came in...
and told us they were going to take their repair else where, we agreed to return the check back to her insurance company.. I have spoken with several appraisers and they have had their vehicle repaired. and it is all set.. She blew us up on social media, and with her husband coming in a threatening the shop and us personally.. He also stated "how do you like what I did to you on [redacted], that was me that made your company go from a 4.6 rating to a 3.6 rating because of him and his car club.. We have filed the proper paperwork for that else where.. Also, because of the inconvenience Neal's had offered her a Complete Automotive Reconditioning , a 195.00 dollar value, to her ease things over and help gain her business back in the future..
