replacement, so GQF contacted the dealer.  The dealer was told that GQF would issue the dealer a full refund of the dealer's invoice from GQF and they would pick up the incubator and refund the customer's payment.  On June 5, 2015 GQF was contacted by [redacted] about the matter.  As GQF was working through the dealer on the refund, GQF again contacted the dealer about the matter.  The dealer said that they had lost contact with [redacted] as there was no response about the refund.  The dealer would try again.At this point [redacted] may contact the dealer regarding a full refund of her invoice, or contact GQF to receive a replacement top unit for the defective one.Best regards,[redacted]
