consumer returned to the business stating the vehicle had other problems not related to the over-heating. The consumer was advised that he would need a complete engine repair, and was given an estimate for the work and a good warranty. Unfortunately, the consumer never gave us the opportunity to do the additional work on the vehicle and voided the warranty on the work we had done after only one week by having another business work on the engine. We charged the consumer to fix the over-heating problem, we completed the work and the consumer is not due any refund on the repair.
