Verbal response-Dona Ana Automotive Machine Shop states the consumer came in with his vehicle over-heating We charged the consumer labor and materials, for resurfacing and replacing the head and head gaskets onlyThis repair fixed the consumers over-heating problemTwo days later the consumer returned to the business stating the vehicle had other problems not related to the over-heatingThe consumer was advised that he would need a complete engine repair, and was given an estimate for the work and a good warrantyUnfortunately, the consumer never gave us the opportunity to do the additional work on the vehicle and voided the warranty on the work we had done after only one week by having another business work on the engineWe charged the consumer to fix the over-heating problem, we completed the work and the consumer is not due any refund on the repairThe theft and damage to the vehicle the consumer is mentioning in his complaint happened before the vehicle was brought into Dona Ana Automotive Machine Shop.Arturo H [redacted] , Co-Owner of Dona Ana Automotive Machine Shop
