I had my land surveyed, most terrible experience I've had with a surveyor. First wanted to recombination my lots, and even tried to submit paperwork for having it recombined without my permission, luckily I caught him before he could, then didn't mark my inside boundaries, then said I had to pay more for thosr, so I gave him what he wanted for additional work, then never gave me my final paperwork even though was paid in full. Then said he gave it to me. So, I asked for a duplicate, seeing I never received original. This also was denied, even offered to pay for a copy, he still refused because he was mad I didn't want combined, and made him do extra work, that was also paid for. NOT HAPPY, my advice call someone else.
