Dear [redacted], We have researched our records and our records show that the vehicle had never been wrecked, to the best of our knowledge.  We ran a Carfax at the time it was traded into the dealership.  The Carfax was not reporting that the vehicle had been wrecked.   I would be happy to review any information that you may have that states the vehicle was “wrecked” prior to the accident that you were involved in. I hope you would understand that Karen Radley Acura, Volkswagen would not risk their reputation to retail a pre-owned vehicle knowing that it had been wrecked previously and not disclosing it to a potential customer.  Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance in this matter.  Yours sincerely,Rod E[redacted], PresidentKaren Radley Acura, Volkswagen[redacted]
