The company is not true to the 123 process their website indicates. The company is not up front about fees associated with selling them your phone.
The company does not follow their three step process at all. They got my phone on 07/03/14 and they after three days they are supposed to issue a refund. They sent me an email letting me know it was gong to be Friday to send my payment which would make it not three days as their website indicates. I did call and point it out and they sent me the refund Tuesday in order to stay true to their website. I decided to use Paypal because it was an option however when they sent me my money I had to pay paypal a percentage which means I didn't get the full prices I was told for my phone. I have always used Paypal when purchasing products from Ebay as I am a chronic shopper. I called Paypal to find out why there was a fee and I was told that all they had to do is title it as friends and family and there would be no fee. I called and asked if they would change the way the sent me the money and a woman on the phone proclaiming to me a supervisor refused. I then asked for them to just send me a check and asked how to cancel. The female supervisor didn't know how to do it and felt it was not her responsibility to find out. This company is less than integral and I have sold my phones before this is the worst experience by far.
