I'm responding with the additional information you requested the best I can with only what I've been able to search via mapquest. Regarding my complaint with G & R Custom Creations, you need an address from me. All I was provided at the time of purchase
was a receipt and card with their name, phone number, and email. I was not given an address and have no clue where they are located because arrangements were made for our purchase to be shipped. I gave Covington, KY as their city because that's where the cell phone was listed when I looked it upI just did a net search and found their facebook pageI click on directions and was able to find the following information:
G & R Custom Creations is located in the vicinity of *** ** *** ***, last intersection is *** *** *** *** *** *** Maybe *** *** ***t? I'm not familiar with the area. It appears by their facebook they might be a new business.
I hope this helps because they really did me wrong by not shipping my paid purchase by our deadline as promised, then not shipping it at all, and finally not providing a refund as promised. I have recently tried to email them but they stopped communicating with me since January 24th, I have all the emails, a copy of my check they cashed, and a copy of the receipt. What I don't have is my purchase or a refund

I understand the customer's positionWe moved our business twice in the month of december and have since returned to working from homeHer order was lost during these moves and this created some confusionThere was a negative exchange of words from both parties as the customer acused our shop of being a scamWhile the response given was not professional, neither was the customers wording or actions
The refund was mailed on 2/from *** ** and should have been received by nowIt was mailed to *** *** address given on her check

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and despite the fact I disagree with their explanation, they sent the requested refund.
On Friday,
February 7, 2014, I finally received a refund check from Mr.
[redacted] for the amount of $16.00, .5 over the $15.95 I requested in the
complaint. I assume he wanted to round
out the amount. However, on Monday,
February 10th I received a disturbing email from him.
(see attachment). As you can see, my
daughter and I both replied.
In regards to this complaint, I’m still in disbelief over
the handling and treatment of our purchase by this business. I find it interesting that for the very first
time in all my interaction with them, not one time did they inform me they lost my order, or moved their business and have gone from working out
of their home? Their response to you is the first time this was ever mentioned. In fact,
it contradicts with the emails we engaged in. For example, they claim we were
supposed to pick up the wine glass, yet they were in the process of moving? What disturbs me most is Mr. [redacted]
instructing me to write a check in his name the day of my purchase, cashed it,
then emails me almost 3 months later telling me he is not affiliated with this business in a
financial or decision making manner? Many things were said that didn't make sense. Therefore, my daughter and I both felt betrayed.
