We been Customers with Hilltop Lawn garden Inc for over
20 years.We got several mowers from them over the years and they always service our mower in the Winter Time .Our White mower which is 13 Years old broke
down recently.I went in to order the part and found out
the part for that mower was no longer made.So I ordered
a new Cub Cad CC30 lawn mower from them.When we purchased a new mower from them before they would come
over to our residents take the old mower and bring us
the new one.When I went in to pay for it I ask them
how much they would allowed us on our old mower.I was
told I would half to bring it in for them to look at.
Which did not make no sense to me since they were coming out to our residents to bring the new one.Then
I find out they had a part that would fit my old Mower.
They knew we were both on line looking for that replacement part why was I not told that the frist time
I was their?? I was told this was their busy season which I understand. But you would think since we been
such a good customer for over 20 years they would have
treaty us better. I feel I was treaty like !![redacted]!! and
I will no longer buy from this Business .I am going to
go get another mower from another business.And I would
not recommend this business to anyone.They have a bad
attitude towards their loyal Customers
