We had the owner come look at our roof in November 2019 we had 2 different roof leaks. The bid was reasonable and I signed and gave deposit. The owner told me to expect a call within in a few weeks. I never got the call and time had passed. I reached out to them to check status of the repair. I was told the owner misplaced our file and that we were not on the schedule yet. I kept being promised that our roof repair would get done soon. I kept calling and they kept giving me excuse after excuse why we weren't scheduled yet. In the mean time we had rain and our roof was leaking more and more and caused more damage to our ceilings and sheet rock. They also promised they would lay tarps down but that never happened as well. February 2020 rolled around (yes 3 months later and still not repaired) I told them this was a poorly ran business (I own and run my own business, I would be embarrassed if this was my business) and I wanted my full refund back immediately. We are now in June and I still have no received my full deposit back. Once again I'm getting the run around. He told me they do not have to money to pay me back. I am currently being ignored as I have messaged and sent emails. DO NOT USE G.R TAYLOR ENTERPRISES. I highly recommend 5 Guys Roofing.

Bad Company.. Stay away..
I know 2 people that have worked for this Company. Both have said the owner ( Gary ) has very bad customer service, communication and employer skills. There was always lack of supplies to get the job completed on time. When it came to pay day for employees Gary would vanish. No phone communication, no set place to pick up checks etc. . some employees reported waiting a full 2 months before getting some of there compensation for there hard work.
Employees also reported Gary would force employees to utilize there own vehicles for company usage with no extra compensation because Gary refused to maintain company vehicles, therefore company vehicles were always broke down.

Unfortunately, G.R. Taylor Enterprises was selected by our HOA to repair and replace our condo complex. The expectations were not met on the deadlines, the repairs, and poor quality service. The job was expected to take one month and they ended up taking over 4 months to do an incomplete job. During the project no material was replaced and sub par sealing work along with complete negligence to prevent further water damages to the roof and units below, resulted in extensive avoidable damages to owners units. Damages that have caused structural, interior, and mold. The job was so poor, the owner came out and assured residence that the roof was complete only to find out it was not completed and rain leaked in causing additional water damages; this claim and failure to prevent water damages happened three times during a very wet fall season. Finally, over four months later the roof stopped leaking but the interior damages remain. Several units were impacted with water damages and mold. The company still has not corrected all the problems they caused due to the poor quality service and bad business practices.
Very upset resident! Please help and protect future customers from this disservice and horrible customer service.
