Customer excepted machine upon delivery and unit is working fineOffered to fix unit for customer if still an issue but will not respond back to meThere will be no refund as we already did over dollars worth of work for only dollars Customer can buy new machine if wants but was willing
to replace shocks to quiet it downThanks ***

Customer needs to call *** there is nothing we could of done better

we have no control on when parts come in that is on ***we did everthing we were supose to do

I am responding to a complaint filed by *** *** against our businessWe did go to his home on 5/to service a dryerHe paid us for the diagnostic call of $and we ordered a new timer for himUnfortunately it did take some time to get the part, and when we called Mr*** to
let him know the part was in, he said he didn’t want us to install itWe still have the part at the officeHe paid the diagnostic fee, not the part fee

Customer job has been complete and she paid the full balence because it is complete but now is stating there is issues but won't let us back to fix issues
