Nume card never arrived but charged my acct.

I did order the nume card about 8 days ago but never got the card or tracking number and my credit card was charged. I feel this is a scam! I will request my money back from my credit card company today fortunately is an Amex card. Folks be aware this bad thing happened to me for real.
