Customer needs to call their warranty company to open claim back up unit nee s to much work.

I am responding to a complaint filed by [redacted]. I believe she has us confused with another business. We are in [redacted] and don’t travel out to western [redacted].

Customer excepted machine upon delivery and unit is working fine. Offered to fix unit for customer if still an issue but will not respond back to me. There will be no refund as we already did over 800 dollars worth of work for only 250 dollars . Customer can buy new machine if wants but was willing...

I am responding to a complaint filed by [redacted] against our business. We did go to his home on 5/26 to service a dryer. He paid us for the diagnostic call of $80.00 and we ordered a new timer for him. Unfortunately it did take some time to get the part, and when we called Mr. [redacted] to...

let him know the part was in, he said he didn’t want us to install it. We still have the part at the office. He paid the diagnostic fee, not the part fee.
