This following is a response to the above referenced complaint: We do not use AutoZone parts, we only use professional parts. After receiving estimates from other local shops for the same work, we concluded that we are very competitive in our prices and in most cases our prices our lowerMr*** had approved the repair and we tore down the vehicle so the repair could be done the next day when the parts arrived as scheduled. We apologize for the misunderstanding.  There is a warranty on this repair up to one year on parts and labor replaced.  The customer would have received the lifetime warranty had he not declined replacement of the expansion valve, which would have been an additional $500, indicating that...

he wasn't going to have the car much longer.  There was a markup on the kit, which is the industry standard for auto repair shops, and the invoice indicates the labor for the parts that were replaced for the condenser with dryer and the compressor.  Thank you for the input as we are always working to better our business.
