To whom it may concern,In regards to the windshield installed in Mr [redacted] 's motorhome;The motorhome that was brought into GSI Complete Glass Incoriginally had a reviewmirror attached to the windshieldThere are specific standard windshields that have to beused in every vehicleFor instance, you cannot put a windshield in a Ford truck ifthe truck is a or if it is a Chevy truckWhen the windshield is ordered it is the sameone that any glass installer would receive for that vehicleAll the windshields have a blackspot on them where the rearview mirror attaches to help keep the glue from aging anddeterioratingThere is no other windshield available for this motorhomeThe customeractually asked our installer to attach the rearview mirror higher than where it wasoriginally which is why he now sees the black areaIf we made an error it was in movingthe mirror where the customer requested it to be attached (we will not be doing thatagain)This customer didn't allow us to pursue any type of resolutionIf he believes hecan find a windshield without the black patch, for that particular year and type of vehicle,then we will take care of it Tony W [redacted] Vice President

you cannot put a 2006 windshield in a Ford truck ifthe truck is a 2012 or if it is a Chevy truck. When the windshield is ordered it is the sameone that any glass installer would receive for that vehicle.
