We apologize for the incovenice and we understand the client’s frustration, we know that he had contact with one of our employees through emailThis person asked the client on many occasions for proof of a check number so that we could find it this wayWe also know that the client took his time to do this ,once we had the number he gave to us, which took about a month and a half we went on the search for the check in our bank accountsWe had a person dedicated to doing this for the client, finally two days later she found, with help from the bank the client’s check, which was not the number that he gave to us in total, which happened to only be two digitsWe understand that the digits were more than two but the banker told us it was only two and it had the client’s name on itWe were going to respond to him the same day that he gave the report through Revdex.com , so we didn’t see a purpose for sending that email to the customerIt is not a good qualification for a company to be accused of fraud, when the company did everything in its power, including being patient, and overly generous with the client, who did not answer any calls, to collect the final payment until he needed the information for his checkWith respect to the material that he chose for the kitchen , we sent the client some photos of material remnant, because he asked us to send him some in order for him to save some moneyOnce we sent him the photos , he let us know that Ms*** would be the person to decide which remnant they wanted, which in fact she didAs known, remnants are what is left of the material once the piece has been cut and it is sold to a second person as is, and the customers chose that material themselvesWe still have on record a balance of $79.00.Thanks, GS Marble and Granite

On the day that we installed Mr, ***'s counters I ended up going thereIt was raining and was
told the stone slipped and hit the floor chipping tile in the hallwayMr*** and I spoke about it
and WE decided to try to find the tile somewhere and replace the chipped tile, about a month
went
by and after searchlng on the Internet and looking in restoration stores in cities in Ohio decided we
couldn't find the tile and assured Mr*** we would fix the problemMaybe if he used the same tile
he just put in his kitchen to go to the front door that way it matched, or a complimentary tile, we had
at least conversations about this, yes two months went by and I thought he replaced it and was
waiting to be reimbursedI wrote up a contract to replace the hall tile and sent it to the company to
submit it to our insurance It didn't go through to the owner so I decided to give them a hard copy I
printed it and gave it to the companyThey submitted it to the insurance and got a reply that its less
than (the amount Mr*** agreed to) than the deductable, so we are sending a check to him
These back and forth take timeNow If Mr*** starts calling from a blocked number and I don't
realize it is him, Im sorry To say that I was only giving him lip service is an insultI spoke with the
company many times about getting this floor fixedI sent a copy of the floor quote to Mr*** as
wellThe Insurance company response letter will show that we are in the process of getting him a
check so he can replace the tileAnd my phone shows all the calls and talk time on each callso
with this check he can finish his tile
I did go to about every effort to rectify the problem and with no lip serviceI work hard for all of my
clients

Mr [redacted] came to my home on 12/28/16 to discuss my countertops and said he would get back to me that day with a decision as to what could be done. I did not hear from him. E-mailed him twice to request an answer along with a copy of the signed contract he said I signed.  The only thing I signed is at the bottom of this  customer purchase order/contract is for my credit card under payment terms. Just now looking at the back of this is what he sent to you. I do not recall initialing any of these.  I have asked that the company remove my countertops and refund my money. Attached are pictures as to why I am dissatisfied. Thank-you [redacted]. Mr [redacted] stated he had installed 13-15 of this countertop and no one but me was unhappy. That is untrue as my nephew (who flips houses) had in installed in a home he was redoing and had the company out 3 times to buff out the countertop. His statement to me was "I would not have it in my house."  My home has now been torn up for a month and I would like a resolution to this issue. Thanks for taking the time to review this. Area around not the same on both sides. We apologize for the incovenice and we understand the client’s frustration, we know that he had contact with one of our employees through email. This person asked the client on many occasions for proof of a check number so that we could find it this way. We also know that the client took his time to...

do this ,once we had the number he gave to us, which took about a month and a half we went on the search for the check in our bank accounts. We had a person dedicated to doing this for the client, finally two days later she found, with help from the bank the client’s check, which was not the number that he gave to us in total, which happened to only be two digits. We understand that the digits were more than two but the banker told us it was only two and it had the client’s name on it. We were going to respond to him the same day that he gave the report through Revdex.com , so we didn’t see a purpose for sending that email to the customer. It is not a good qualification for a company to be accused of fraud, when the company did everything in its power, including being patient, and overly generous with the client, who did not answer any calls, to collect the final payment until he needed the information for his check. With respect to the material that he chose for the kitchen , we sent the client some photos of material remnant, because he asked us to send him some in order for him to save some money. Once we sent him the photos , he let us know that Ms. [redacted]  would be the person to decide which remnant they wanted, which in fact she did. As known, remnants are  what is left of the material once the piece has been cut and it is sold to a second person as is, and the customers chose that material themselves. We still have on record a balance of $79.00.Thanks, GS Marble and Granite
