I had an extremely bad experience from the beginning with G StageI had issues with their website while trying to place an order- submitted an email asking for helpNo responseMay 23rd- I received my order- and had an issue with it and needed to returnI had needed assistance in my return process to I sent another email, the same day I received my orderBy May 27th I still hadn't heard back, so I posted directly to their Facebook pageReceived a reply asking to send a private msgwith my order # and contact detailsI immediately repliedI received a VM that day asking G how many items I'd be returning, as well as an email asking the same thingI left a vm with my reply and replied by email that eveningToday June 2nd- I still hadn't heard back with instruction..so I posted another fb posting, ( both postings were deleted by comp.) I had to use the ph# on Revdex.com page to get through to a very rude womanNo apologies and brushed my issues off Terrible service all around

I PLACE AN ORDER FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY TO HAVE BY 5/19/THE PACKAGE WAS SHOWN AS DELIVERED MID DAY WHEN I GOT HOME THERE WAS NO PACKAGEI CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED AND TO CHECK WITH A FRIEND OR RELATIVE FOR THE PACKAGEI AM THE ONLY ONE IN THIS HOUSEHOLDI WAS TOLD THAT A TRACE WOULD BE PUT ON MY PACKAGE I STESSED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THAT I WAS LEAVING OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND NEEDED THESE ITEMSTHE REP DIDNT SHOW ANY CONCERN AND TOLD ME SHE CAN ONLY PUT A TRACE ON THE PACKAGEHOW CAN YOU PUT A TRACE ON A PACKAGE THAT WAS SAID AS DELIVEREDI SENT A EMAIL VIA THE WEBSITE ON 5/CONCERNING MY ORDER NEVER RECIEVED A RESPONSEI TRIED CALLING 5/SAT ON HOLD FOR ALMOST HOURS BEFORE HANGING UP BECAUSE AS I STATED I AM OUT OF THE COUNTRYI HAVE YET TO BE CONTACTED ON THIS MATTERI AM GOING TO HAVE TO FIGHT THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR

After failed attempts to get my issue with this company resolved I will being filling a compliant I reached out to customer services month ago regarding my order *** that I never received it shows delivered however I never received nothing I reached out to customer services and was insured that they would refund meTo date I have yet to see that refundMoreover I have been calling to check on the status of this refund I leave a call back number because apparently the CSR are on other calls I have never received a call backI continue to call and last week on 5/29/I wait on hold for hours and the CSR stated to me she doesn't handle returns she will pass my number to the agents that handle this After waiting hours you cannot help meI have never ever experienced horrible customer service in my life this company has great stores but they really need to figure out how they can improve customer satisfaction because right now I am not one bit sa
