I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/ [redacted] and I get it, it was right after Christmas and right before New Year's Eve. It is now 1/ [redacted] and I still don't have my shoes, yet my card was charged. On 1/ [redacted] I received a shipping confirmation and number, but the shipping status hasn't changed, 9 days later. I also sent two emails that went unanswered inquiring about the status. So on 1/ [redacted] I called to inquire and they said the shoes were coming from a warehouse in a European country (can't remember the name) but the item had to go through customs before UPS can begin the shipping process. The agent was helpful and told me that she has seen it take a business day to make it through customs but she has also seen it take 2 weeks. This information would have been great to know before purchasing, it doesn't say that anywhere on the website or the order confirmation. I wouldn't have bothered and just waited to find them on [redacted] or ***.

After having difficulty using there web site I called G-Star Raw to place an order with a customer service agent, as soon as I provided all of my information, address, card number including sercurity code and email. I was told my order could not be processed. I was ask to call back. When I called back another customer service agent told me the problem was with the card I was using, not only did I provide them another card, I was told if my phone number wasn't the number used by the card issuer that was the problem. So I then provided another phone number. Once again I was told my card did not work. I was then told that a communication would be sent to there corporate office and I would receive an email, once again confirming my email: with in 10 minutes I received an email stating I had items in my shopping bag but did not complete the purchase. I never entered any of my information on there website, but someone was loading the shopping bag with expensive items, I would delete the items, they would place them back in the shopping bag. This went on for hours, and after calling the company they claim they could not remove my information from there system. Had they not used my email I would have had thousands of dollars in items charged to me. This is an international company, with no support for its customers.
