I am rejecting this response because:I have added the two emails I sent on 11/11/and 11/16/as I stated I did in my initial report This proves I sent them out even if the company states they didn't receive them I will not consider this matter closed or accept any response from the business that states it is in processing I consider that an excuse at this point And as such, cannot trust it is actually being taken care of until I actually have the money in my bank account or back on my credit card When I have my refund, I will accept the business response here

Review: My light bar broke off my truck. I called my insurance company to get my light bar replaced but they could not find it locally so they found G-Style Hummer Accessories online and told me how to purchase the light bar using [redacted] to pay for it. When I ordered the product the owner of the company named [redacted] contacted me through phone and informed me that it will approximately take 3 months for my product to arrive. After 3 months went by I contacted [redacted] to get an update. They sent me an email stating that [redacted] contacted them and said it would take a few months more for my item to arrive. At that time I was in desperate need of the light bar so I agreed to wait an extra few months. I contacted [redacted] again since I haven't heard anything from them. [redacted] told me since I disputed the first time and agreed to wait and follow through the process, I couldn't dispute again. They told me then to contact the company directly which I did several times, they gave me an excuse every time to delay the process and until now I have not received my refund I continue to notify the company to resolve the matter till this day.Desired Settlement: I want G-Style Hummer Accessories to refund my $1046 that I paid for the light bar that I did not receive. It's been a year since I ordered the product and I need my refund ASAP. I have the copy of the receipt as my supporting document and can sent it to you whenever you need me too. FYI I am blind but my emails are voice activated therefore I will be able to hear the response I get from you and I have no problem answering phone calls.

Review: I placed an order for a [redacted] Cover for my 2008 H2 Hummer SUT on January 8, 2015 at 10:53PM. The purchase was made over the phone and paid for via PayPal for a total of $1,427.49.

I was told that there would be a six to eight month wait since the [redacted] Cover was custom made, however I had to pay 100% in advance.

I have had multiple communication with the owner [redacted] via e-mail and over the phone and he kept pushing out the delivery date.

[redacted] did state each time that he would be happy to refund my money if I did not want to wait any longer, however I continued to wait.

After a full year and two months passed, I contacted [redacted] via e-mail and over the phone and communicated to him that I no longer wanted the [redacted] Cover and that I wanted a refund.

He said no problem and that the refund check would be processed and sent to me within two months. At this time, more then two months have passed and no refund check has been received.

I have left voice-mails and sent e-mails for [redacted] at the following and he will not return the call or e-mail.

Review: I ordered "S&S FRONT ROOF MARKER LAMPS / 2006-2010 HUMMER H3 & H3T". I paid $1199.89 in November 2015. Due to lack of delivery (breach of contract) I cancelled the order (acknowledged) in February 3, 2016.

I called them on their 2 phone lines repeatedly; around 30 times.

I also, asked them for the acknowledged and promised refund via email, around 5 times.

I DO HAVE AND CAN PROVIDE ALL THIS EVIDENCE.Desired Settlement: I do hereby pray for the refund of $1199.89 plus delay and fraud damages for the delay and intentional infliction of severe emotional distress.

Review: On 3/5/2014, I placed an order with G-Style Hummer Accessories to purchase a [redacted]T bed cover for $1,492.45. It has now been over 4 months and I have not received the merchandise or a refund. Several calls have been placed to the company requesting the status of the merchandise. I was told by the receptionist that she did not have any information and she would have the owner give me a call. Needless to say, I never received a call. From that point, when I called I would ask to speak to the manager and of course he was always unavailable but he would return my call(never received a call). After calling continuously, my calls were not being answered. It appeared that the calls were being screened because when I called from a different number (minutes later)someone answered the phone. When I finally got through I told the receptionist that I was very disturbed by the way this matter was being handled and at this point I would like a refund. She said she would put the paper work in to their accounting office for the refund (this was the week of July 14 - still no refund). On Sunday July 28, 2014, I contacted [redacted] and [redacted] and they both said because it was past 45 days they could not help me. They gave me the [redacted] website and told me to file a complaint (which I did).Desired Settlement: Would like a refund asap.

Review: The Car Parts which he ordered has not been delivered yet and no reply from the merchant till now.

This consumer placed an order for Car Parts with this online shop "G-STYLE" on January, 2012. However the item has not delivered to him over 6month.

The reason for delay which merchant gave him was that the price of the item he ordered was increased as there has been a change in the product line and the model was renewed after his purchase.

The merchant mentioned to him that he needs to cover the cost difference of 450.9USD if he still wants to get the item.

He decided to cancel his order and demanded to make a full refund of the product (1478.06USD), and the merchant accepted it.

However the merchant was not able complete a refund to his credit card as the issue took too much time and the case was already out of Card Company's support.

After all, the merchant suggested him to send a similar item for the replacement on 12December, 2012, and the consumer accepted the offer.

However the item has not delivered yet, and no reply from the merchant since 12December, 2012 even he has been contacting them many times.

Review: I place an order for Hummer parts on the web site. The kit ordered showed "in stock", I never received the goods, after a couple of weeks I contacted the company and spoke to a gentleman who identified himself as "[redacted]" he said there was a part missing from the kit and they were trying to resolve the issue. After several more weeks of no deliveries and phone calls to the same story, my calls and emails started to go unanswered. Finally, after several calls and messages left with the "answering service" I got "[redacted]" back on the phone and he indicated he would refund my money. This was over 6 months ago and I have not received my refund or the merchandise. Review: on year 30/12/2013 I have make an online order to purchase a hummer h3 roof mounted lamp. I have make the full payment through the credit card that is usd1199.95. the order number is 31611. on 3/1/2014, I get a email reply from Clarence G.. he said got the order and he mention "looking about 8 weeks out on shipping right now".on 26/2/2014, he sent me an email and said "will know more mid March as we have parts being completed then". I keep sending emails on March but there is no reply from them, I ask my another supplier to call this company but he say no one pick up the phone. on 8/5/2014, the customer service department of Gstyle name [redacted] send me an email telling that "we are just waiting for the bases to be completed. at this time I do not have a tentative ETA. My suggestion would be to contact us in about a month and we should know more then". from june 2014 - feb 2015, I keep sending emails but no reply and my another supplier also cant get them. my customer is complaining for waiting too long. he decided want to cancel the order and get back the refund. in this situation, I have sent an email to Clarence G to explain to him that my customer is complaining and want me to refund immediately if not he will ask his lawyer to send me a court letter for the compensation. I also ask him to return my money back or else I will file a complain to US embassy. on the same day, Clarence G reply my email and he said "the time frame I gave you was an estimate, now I am being threatened??" " I will have the order canceled". on 14 apr 2015, I sent him email to say that I still not yet get the refund. on 7 may 2015, I also sent him the email to ask about the refund, but no reply from them at all. I have consult to US embassy in Malaysia, he say I should log to Revdex.com. Review: On 6/11/15, I purchased the product (S&S Front Roof Marker Lamps / 2006-2012 Hummer H3 & H3T) from G-Style Hummer Accessories. I made the order over the phone and [redacted] took the order at 12:50pm for the price of $1123.83 (Order #: [redacted]). The order was processed through [redacted] and paid to the merchant [redacted] whom appears to be the parent company of G-Style. I was told it would take 14 to 16 weeks to receive the part. During the next 4 months, I emailed regularly to verify how the order was coming along. In each reply, I was told that the order was in processing and on schedule. Then on 9/29/15, basically on week 16, I was told that the batch of light bars being made, which included mine, had a problem with the mounting bases not forming correctly and the manufacturer is working on this issue. Two weeks later (10/13/15), I once again email them asking for an update as I have not heard back and 2 weeks is more than enough time to fix an issue in making parts. In the reply I got back, they decided to cancel the order and refund my money in full. The email states that they will have accounting do so ASAP and that they would call or email me when the refund is complete. Again, I emailed them on 10/20/15 asking how long it will take to process the refund. I am told in a reply that it will take about 7 to 14 working days to be completed. The individual emailing me back "C" tells me he will keep checking on the status for me (This is the same person I have been emailing the entire 4 months by the way). On 11/2/15, I send another email requesting the status of the refund as 14 business days (I am calculating by only Monday - Friday as business days) has been reached and nobody has contacted me or provided the refund. C again confirms they are working on it and it is in processing. I have emailed on both 11/11/15 and 11/16/15 and now they refuse to reply back or provide the refund in the amount of $1123.83.By the way, their site still shows my order as in processing.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund ASAP. There is no reason for their lack of responsiveness and failure to 1) provide the product as they stated they would and 2) provide the refund in a timely manner when they canceled the order.

Review: I ordered the following part on March 22, 2013:1 H2 SUT LOCKING HARD TONNEAU COVER / 2005-2009 HUMMER H2 SUT PN:2TT12499433 @ $1599.95 each.The merchant has assured me monthly(14 months) that there were production problems, but I would get my part. The merchant has not answered numerous phone calls, voice messages, and emails requesting immediate merchandise or a refund in the last three weeks (I have called them daily). The merchant charged my credit card $1602.00 upon receipt of the order which now has been too long to dispute charges with my credit card.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund as I do not believe this part was ever intended to be sent to me.

Review: Ordered a Tonneau cover from [redacted] at G-Style on Feb. 4th 2015, to cut to the chase after requesting a refund or a diff. product and paying $1433.21, lies , broken promises and almost a year later I have still not received anything. Don't let this guy scam anyone else please!Desired Settlement: Refund my $1433.21 and stop offering this product for sale.
