The promotional card the customer received clearly states the correct website ([redacted]) and the customer is still attempting to order on the incorrect site (www.[redacted]).  While the design [redacted] is available for purchase through our main website, it is not available for this promotion due to licensing restrictions. The customer will need to place the order on the website referenced on the promotional card he received ([redacted]), per the stipulations of this particular promotion.
