I ordered 2 gallons of UNSCENTED Anti-icky-poo on [redacted]. Unfortunately, I did not immediately open the box due to life circumstances. When I did open the box, I found that they sent ORIGINAL,not UNSCENTED. I am allergic to scents, so scented is no use to me. First, I contacted the seller. They refused to replace or exchange, despite this being their error. They cited [redacted] policy, and said too much time had passed. I then contact [redacted] for help. The company then offered to send the correct product, for shipping costs of $26.50, if I returned the incorrect items at my expense, for another $26.50, or a total of $53. The original order cost $49.78, so this "offer" was no real help. Never once did they apologize for their error. The seven month delay was my fault, yet the error was theirs in shipping the incorrect item, when the enclosed packing slip clearly showed UNSCENTED. They simply quoted [redacted] policy, and refused to correct their error. NO apology or ownership of their error.
