Mrs [redacted] purchased a Chrysler Town and Country from IntelliCar on March 31st, The customer took the vehicle on a test drive and voiced no concerns whatsoever with the vehicle at the time of saleWhen there were concerns expressed, the customer never allowed IntelliCar to examine the vehicle for the issues stated to verify and rectify, she took it directly to the Chrysler dealershipThe Chrysler dealership misrepresented the vehicle and over-embellished the issues with the condition of the vehicle, which were all cosmetic in natureThe Chrysler dealership even went as far as saying the vehicle had 'structural damage' but included no indication of where the structural damage wasThis is because the structural damage did not exist on this vehicleThe issues the customer raised concerns about were strictly regarding the cosmetic appearance of previous repairs, which were present when Mrs [redacted] evaluated the vehicle before purchasingThe Chrysler dealership was blatantly attempting to discredit the IntelliCar brand in an effort to gain the future sale of Mrs [redacted] In the state of Delaware there is no cooling-off period for auto sales, once the contract is signed the customer is responsible for the balance of the amount dueWe could have held Mrs [redacted] liable for the total amount due, but we chose not to. In the sake of customer service, IntelliCar did in fact return the vehicle and refund all amounts due to Mrs [redacted] We would like to be clear that we did not have to do that, we did for the sake of our values for superior customer serviceThis complaint should be marked resolved with 100% acceptance from Mrs [redacted] .
