On November 3, 2015, while attempting to deliver Mr [redacted]'s order, our driver, Orlino P[redacted] received a citation for driving a vehicle in excess of 7 tons on Kaneohe Bay Drive. Due to the weight restrictions on the thoroughfare to Mr [redacted]'s address, we regretfully are unable to accommodate Mr....

I have enclosed a copy of Article 21 Section 15-21.11 - Restricting the use of Kaneohe Bay Drive(a) No person shall drive any truck in either direction over Kaneohe Bay Drive, between the intersection of [redacted] and Kaneohe bay Drive and the junction of Kaneohe Bay Drive with Paku Place, when such truck with load weighs in excess of seven tons.We can proceed with this order on our small flatbed truck but are unable to bring a hoist. The drywall will need to be off.:.loaded by Mr [redacted], or we can go ahead and issue a full refund.
