Review: A letter of intent -a binding agreement was signed between G-Way management and the prospective tenant indicating that if all credentials were met, that the tenant would be legally obligated to accept the offer within 10 days, or lose his or her deposit, in this case 2,650.00. A credit check was run on both me and my partner, both of us having good and excellent credit, 718 and 825 prospectively. This hard inquiry was performed by Tenant Safe, which is the last step in the decision making process. Oren Neria was giving us the run around for 5 days, saying he was waiting to hear back from the landlord, finally saying they accepted someone else. He gave back the deposit with no explanation, but more concerning, damaging our credit scores for the next 3 years.Desired Settlement: To take off the hard inquiry from Tenant Safe for both me and my partner
