I am rejecting this response because: they refused to do anything to help fix the carI was told by *** after a week's time of me calling him everyday & stopping in his office that they would not fix anythingAt that point, I told him I would fix it myself & contact my lawyer & take him to small claims courtOnly after I took the car to my mechanic to fix i& then my wife calling *** to complain about his service, did he finally say we should take it to his mechanicBut he never said they would pay for anything, he only stated that we could have the repairs done cheaper at his mechanic. GAuto sold me a bad carYou knew it had problemsFor weeks, the car & GAuto were nothing but a big headache for meMy mechanic told me it's illegal for a dealer to sell a car that doesn't pass inspectionThey didn't care about thatThe check engine light comes on after owning the car for dayThere were errors codes! Not 1, but 7! The car needed a full tuto fix the error codesI also had to have a new catylitic converter installed, new brakes, & new tiresI spent almost $to repair this car to make it safe & reliable for my wife & daughter and so it could pass inspectionAll I'm asking for is $or whatever their mechanic would have charged them to fix the problem with the error codes

We at Auto Sales strive on customer services, in regards to A Honda Fit, which was sold for $5100.00, to *** *** *** *** who resides at * *** *** Customer was fully aware of the vehicle warranty which only covers Engine and Transmission (power train) for days, customers
called Dealer stating that it did not pass inspection, for reasons of codes that had nothing to do with the powertrain of the vehicleI took the message that was told to me and passed it on to the Boss, who is a very busy man and never at the place of business, for reasons of buying cars for the dealer
At that point the Boss said we cover powertrain onlyI relay the message back to the customer, which at that moment he did not say a thing, the following day the customers wife called late afternoon to let me know that she was not happy with the service that was providedAt that moment, the Boss was here, I again brought it to his attention and told me to tell the customer to bring the vehicle back so we can fix it with our own mechanics, so I called *** *** back and his wife picked up, I told her to bring me the car and she said fine, I told her clearly you have to bring and leave the vehicle, she said okThe next day *** *** took it upon himself to go and fix the car, and brings me a bill, when I spoke to his wife and told her to bring the vehicle to get fixed by our own mechanic, he already knew to bring back the car to the dealer, which comes out to be a fraction of what the customer paidWe were willing to pay with our own mechanic to fix the vehicle not with their mechanicAt that we were going to fix the vehicle out of courtesy, due to the fact that it was not covered under warranty
