I just went to g2k in Norton va the worst place I have ever been and the worst I have ever been treated in my life by any business my 70 year old dad said he couldn't use masks the owner stated yelling and was horrible I thought he was physically going to do something I will never b back and if u care about veterans u won't either period.

Review: I have two iPhone 6S Plus phones that were on my plan but being used by my wife's niece and her husband. They had never paid a payment on their phones and when we told them that we were going to cut their lines, they decided to sell these phones. They went to G2K games in [redacted] and this company bought these phones without the permission of the legal owner of the phones-myself.

The main problem is that these phones are not owned outright, but financed. They are on a monthly payment plan and could not be sold unless the entire balance of the phones was paid off to [redacted] I went to the store with proof of the phones being financed in my name and advised them that I did not give permission for these phones to be sold. They are refusing to return the phones which is my rightful property and that I am still going to have to make monthly payments on despite the fact that they are not in my possession. I have blacklisted the numbers through [redacted] and they cannot be activated on the [redacted] network, but they are still my phones. I am responsible for these phone payments and they belong to me, but again, the company is refusing to give them back to me. The practice of buying phones at businesses such as these needs to be re-evaluated and I am thinking of filing a lawsuit against this company to help stop unethical practices such as these. I have to continue paying these monthly payments or in order to get these phones out of my name and off of my cell phone bill I must pay 1650 dollars all at once. I do not think I should be held responsible for either one of these options due to the fact that I do not have possession of the phones, G2K games does.Desired Settlement: I want my phones returned to me or the balance of what it will take to get these phones off of my cell phone plan paid to me in full. If the company wants the blacklist removed they will have to pay me the entire balance owed on these phones.

ID [redacted]We have spoken with the [redacted] family both in person and via Facebook regarding this issue and offered them two solutions to the situation.1. Report the phones as stolen.Thus far they have been unwilling to report the theft of these phones to the police.After reading the complaint it is likely that they are unwilling to file the report because a family member sold the phones to us without their permission.The phones were sold to us by an individual who claimed ownership. Everyone who sells merchandise to our company for cash must complete an affidavit which affirms their ownership of the merchandise. This affidavit is on file with our company and will be provided to the police at their request.Further, a CHECKMEND report was requested on both phones and neither phone had been reported as stolen. Copies of the CHECKMEND reports are also available for release to the police.When issues of ownership arise we work with the police to complete their investigation.Once the police begin their investigation they will retrieve the phones from us as evidence and eventually return them to the [redacted] family.In this particular case we have gone so far as to contact the police ourselves, but they are unable to do anything unless the [redacted] family reports them as stolen.2. Reimburse us for the money paid to the individuals claiming ownership.We also gave them another alternative to claim the phones.Reimburse us for the amount we paid for the phones.Convince the individual who sold the phones without their permission to reimburse us for the amount we paid for the phones.We're more than happy to help them resolve this situation, but they must first recognize that a family member is responsible for this situation and not our company.Thank youBryan LewisPresident
