We had requested a service/repair call Don show up, took a look and said he would call back within the hour to advise if he could find someone qualified for the work we need done He did not call back in the specified time We placed another call to the office and Don did get back to us and advised he would have the matter handled in the next couple of days This was Friday morning of the long weekend It is now September 12th and we have heard nothing from Instant Plumbing We would not recommend this outfit to anyone as communicating with customers/potential customers does not seem too important WE DO NOT WANT OR EXPECT AN APOLOGY OR AN EXPLANATION
I had a leak in my ceiling and Jeff was able to come out the same day. He was courteous and helpful. Fixed the problem within the hour and offered suggestions to prevent future leaks from old pipes. I would use Instant Pluming again.

I have used this company twice, once for delivery of furniture, the second time to dispose of items at the landfill
Both times the service was excellent--they arrived on-time, charged a reasonable fee, and were very courteous and competent.
