Review: This company has continuously harassed me and my company with their calls. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their list and they just continue to call with different numbers or blocked numbers or restricted numbers. As soon as I explain the reason I don't want to do business is because I ordered from them one time and they charged my credit card and I never received my product and instead of trying to make it right, they argue with me and then hang up on me. It has become out right harassment. If I call the number they have on their website, all you get is a recording and they want to call you back. So its not like you can try and talk to someone and try and resolve it. Not sure what else my options are but it is getting ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I would like to be taken off their call list immediately.

Review: We have asked repeatedly for them to not call. We do NOT want to do business with them because they call all the time even after we have told them. They are deceptive in their presenting themselves and DO NOT respect the requests to take us off their contact list.

We are sick and tired of this behavior and business practice and are doing everything in our power to let others know how they do business! Review: G3 continues to direct harassing, solicitous phone calls to our place of business. The previous items ordered were sub-standard - the ink chipped off of the key chains in the packaging (half were unusable), and the pens literally fell apart (small pieces that could be a choking hazard). At that time, we sought out a local, trusted vendor and have chosen to use their services.

G3's services are no longer desired by our company. They have been asked multiple times to not solicit the studio, yet continue to do so. They have been told we have no interest in their product and not to call and yet they do so - many times harassing and speaking belligerently to our staff. Many times when asking them to no longer call, they just hang up.

My wish is to have them cease calling us - we DEFINITELY HAVE NO DESIRE TO WORK WITH THEM, especially after their continued dismissal of our wishes to leave us alone.Desired Settlement: We NEVER wish to hear from this business again. We're hoping that in submitting this information, our request will finally be honored.

G3 Graphics, Inc. has a habit of contacting us only by phone. I had submitted an e-mail complaint on 12/08/2014 (see attached), where I submitted a photo of the defective product as well. At that time, we had decided to not continue our relationship with this vendor, as there was never any acknowledgement that the complaint was received/addressed. When they finally phoned, they claimed they had never received the complaint. I stated I had no wish to do business with them anymore. The harassing calls have continued since that incident in 2014. We just received ANOTHER call this morning, which I have documented and saved - even with the request for no further calls and a submission/knowledge of complaint to the Revdex.com. Now they're just really overstepping into downright harassment.In short, WE DO NOT WANT TO BE SOLICITED BY THEM, WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. PLEASE STOP.
